When I arrived, the rep was very unpleasant and was arguing with me about everything that I was mentioning that was wrong. He insisted the wiper blade I bought was not sitting right and making the glass streak. He replaced it with OEM blade and it has the same issue. I am pissed. Also, there were no loaner vehicles and I had to miss over 3 hours of work. I called your shuttle and the guy told me he would be at the dealership soon and we would work it out. I waited 3 hours and he never showed up or called me back. Finally got my car back but still the wiper issue isn’t resolved. Also, the other reason I brought it in was because after 3k miles, it told me the oil was low. The rep Grody insisted that is normal to burn that much oil. How could it be burning that much oil in a short period. I am going to call Volkswagen corporate and bring this up because there has to be something wrong and I will apply for lemon law if it is not rectified.

Maybe I misunderstood or perhaps this service is no longer available. However, there was a sign that said vehicles would be washed and sanitized.

I tried 4 stars but wouldn't allow me. I felt a little rushed..my first timebuying a new car on my own. Im having difficuty getting a pass word to log in. Also have not recd any information on pymts. A little concerned. Would like a personal phone callnot a txt message. I wassuprised that the gas tank was not full only about a third.
