Our daughter goes to school in Florida, and knowing the dealership is honest and trustworthy means a lot. We several states away so having a reliable place to take the car is important.

We dropped the car 8:45am to do the airbag recall and by 4pm when we called to see if the car was ready they told us they didn't have time to touch our car. My wife went there to pick up the car because she needed to pick up our kids at school. We scheduled for this recall about 20 day ago. This is totally disrespectfull. I'll never buy a VW, especially at Delray Dealer.

People like Vanessa (cashier) is what gets you to 5 stars. She is genuinely polite and has great customer skills. While I was in the waiting room, I heard her on the phone speaking to customers, greeting customers (when not on the phone), and even when speaking with colleagues….always smiling and respectful, genuine!! She seemed happy and it brightens the whole atmosphere.

Easy online purchase. One of the main reasons I chose Gunther was I was able to shop over the phone without going into the dealership.

I came in without appointment because of a nail in my tire. They were able to accommodate me and get me out in time to pick up my kids. Also, checkout is always so smooth and the receptionist is incredibly kind and helpful. She’s always so nice to everyone.
