The experience was nice and smooth, we walked in the car was ready for test drive, the staff was great , in about two hours I drove off with a brand new vehicle, traded in my truck, highly recommend these dealership

Waited over 3 Hours for my service. Totally unacceptable. No one ever came by to explain what the delay was . Horrendous customer service. Every time I bring my car in for service nothing but delays. Extremely poor customer service. Have to rethink buying a Volkswagon from Guther.
