Waited over 3 Hours for my service. Totally unacceptable. No one ever came by to explain what the delay was . Horrendous customer service. Every time I bring my car in for service nothing but delays. Extremely poor customer service. Have to rethink buying a Volkswagon from Guther.

Our engine light kept coming on then off. We were heading out on a long drive and decided to spend the day checking it out. Turns out low battery wattage so got the battery replaced. Great trip.
