While my previous experience with the service was excellent, this time it was not. I scheduled an appointment and noted that I needed the AC checked. I arrived at my appointment on Saturday at 8, only to be told that I could leave the car for service but would need to bring it back another day for the air conditioning check. I then requested to reschedule for a weekday to have everything done at once, and informed them that I would need the shuttle service if I came during the week. They confirmed this was fine. On the day of the rescheduled appointment, I arrived at 7:30 and was told the shuttle service starts at 8/8:05 and that I should wait in the lobby. I waited, and by 8:10, when no one had called me, I asked the receptionist, who told me I needed to call the shuttle myself. At that moment, I wasn’t attended to, but the receptionist kindly checked for me and said it would be another 15 minutes, which ended up being longer. I finally got home at 9:30. If I had been informed about the shuttle system beforehand, I could have planned differently. I must highlight the kindness of both the receptionist and the shuttle driver. For the return trip, I coordinated by phone, was informed about the delay, waited, and it worked well. I believe communication regarding the shuttle service needs improvement, and of course, customer requests should be read or it should be indicated online that appointments cannot be scheduled on Saturdays if there are issues with the air conditioning.

I dropped off my car for an 11:00 am standard maintenance and oil change appointment, and it wasn't ready until after 3:00 pm. They said that it was washed before being returned to me, but it didn't appear washed as there were still smudges on the windows

at checkin i mentioned 6-7 problems i am having. i think 1 was fixed. so much for expert service???

The experience was nice and smooth, we walked in the car was ready for test drive, the staff was great , in about two hours I drove off with a brand new vehicle, traded in my truck, highly recommend these dealership
