    Our 40 thousand pound service when my wife had to bring the car because I was in ICU in the hospital. Volkswagen service rep prioyized my car so that my wife could return to hospital to be with me. But ignoring all my priorities Volkswagen service rep said to my wife bring the car tomorrow. My wife had no choices she brought the car for service. After service VW called to say they forgot to change air filters. My wife had to bring the car. This time CarPlay software was not activated and we had no mas.

    Service was ok took the hole day for an oil change since morning drop off…also they should teach the mechanics to not drive customers cars with dirty hands… my hole door panel was dirty an I think that’s disrespectful….
