I bought a trunk cover for my car and they told me it would arrive the next day. However, the part did not arrive and I had to return to Brazil two days later and I will only be able to pick up the trunk cover next year when I return to Boca Raton.

We were kind of impressed with our salesperson. I did mention to him that when the car gets detailed that he sould oversee everything. We did not expect to be at the dealership for over 3 hours. All we wanted to do was leave after the detailing was completed. We obviously didn't do a very good job checkin the car out. Whoever detailed the car needs a lesson as to how to clean the car. All of the windows were not very clean. When we got home, I attempted to clean the windows only to find that the more I cleaned them, the worse it got. It was as though they were cleaned with oil. They just kept getting smeared even more. We are very disappointed with how we received the car. There was also the plastic they wrap the cars up with around the windshield. We certainly hope that your service department will be much better than your detailing. We still haven't been able to clean all of the smearing off the windows.
