I've been to the Coconut Greek dealer before. It's definitely better. 4 hours and 20,000 miles is a very long time for maintenance and they delivered it 10 minutes late. They also delivered my vehicle without washing it. This made me sad. I gave 3 stars because of the service quality at the Coconut Greek dealer.

I waited more than four hours (with an appointment) to have a battery installed. The charge for this service was totally outrageous—-over $500. No way I would return to this dealership.
