HAving done research, I determined I wanted to test drive 2 VWs and contacted a salesperson. We set a date, he followed up to confirm and was very clear about the time he had for me on the day of our appointment. He met each of my expectations and needs clearly and without any creepy salesmanship.

Andrew in service was top notch My appointment was at 12.00 and told Andrew I have a work related call meeting at 3:00pm so will have to leave if my lease car isn’t ready! He assured me it would be ready and it was ready at 2:00 very impressive. Thank you
