During my test drive I noticed the car was shaky which Chris said was normal because of transport. I was told by Chris Antle that a pre-delivery inspection was done on the vehicle, which I assumed would fix this issue and anything else that needed to be done to prepare the car for delivery. I was later told by Nyam that I only have a week to set up carnet to my VW app. When I go to register my car on that app, I found out the carnet feature on my new 2024 Tiguan SE-R line was still disabled and Ntam told me directly that a pre-delivery inspection was actually never done on the vehicle. I need to know why I was lied to by Chris Antle and why Nyam Smith as the Customer Service Director has done nothing to remedy this situation. This is completely unethical and bad business practice. I tried to reach out to Chris/ Nyam to see if I can come in this weekend to get the feature turned on my car and I have received no text, no call nor an email response from either parties.

All Work was done and more than I expected, because I was noy completely informed about the many repairs that had to be done when I received the final bill, only warranty work was approved but I only learned of ALL repairs after I received the final bill and reviewed it when I got home. A summary should have been given, I only knew of the Front passenger side suspension, and ECP light coming ON which the service rep said was due to low battery, but did not specify the actual battery readiing, however I have not experienced slow cranking or delay when Starting the engine therefore I declined all suggestions and will have the battery tested at a repair shop for free

It was explained to the dealer that the owner was out of the country where there was very limited access to internet. Two phone numbers were provided for receiving phone calls and no calls were received.
