Ever since I leased a Tiguan 09-23, the entire situation has been beyond disgusting. The vehicle needed to be turned in under Lemon Law, but BW refused any such actions. The Dealer attempted to make a deal to exchange to a Taos, but with all of the hidden incidentals associated with the new lease, I’ve spent over $11K for two inferior automobiles. This will be the LAST TIME I will ever consider buying a VW. I cannot wait until this current lease is over so I can walk away from the entire situation. The worst inter actions with any Dealership I’ve had for the past FIFTY years!
