Should have been shown more inventory. Saleman was nice but in a hurry to sell another car and didn't explain everything about my car. We had to make a special trip back to go over everything.

I thought the service was very good. The service managers were excellent. Grody and Lucas were great. My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was what I believe was a billing mistake. I brought in a mailer sent by VW that included $10 off if I brought the car in for service mid-week. I can't find that $10 credit on my bill and haven't had the chance to run by the service area to inquire about this.
