    I rated you five stars because the dealership the staff the service department is outstanding. Every dealership down in Florida should follow this statues. It is a pleasure going there treated well well knowledgeable, especially GRODY ABREU, outstanding service writer BEAU BRADY, outstanding sales person. The whole staff I can go on.

    I purchased the SUV about 3 or 4 months ago. I was hearing some noise in the breaks shortly after purchase. I bought it to service. They test drove it and said it was fine and that it’s supposed to make that noise. The noise got worse over time so I brought it back to service again. This time they took the wheels off and noticed that the front rotors and brake pads were in really bad shape and need to be changed. I was in soon after purchase and service told me it was fine. Now they are saying it’s too long and it’s now considered wear and tear and not covered. I went to the salesman and he would not help either. Therefore we had to pay $800.00 because they didn’t want to address the issue at the beginning. I think it’s a terrible way to begin a business relationship
