As a service technician myself it was disappointing that after communicating to service the importance of having the vehicle back on time and being reassured it would be ready on time that the technician did not verify parts were available and in stock before starting the repair. This caused my family to go without a vehicle for the whole week of Christmas and we were unable to see family for the holidays plus the inconvenience of going without our vehicle. I called for updates 6 times, 5 out of 6 times the person on the phone was very unenthusiastic and audibly annoyed and only provided answers such as " no one is available" and " we dont have an answer right now" . The actual service advisor was helpful and understanding when I was finally able to speak to him.

The wait was too long ! I was advised to come back in 2-3 weeks to change out a recalled item ! Another inconvenience for me !

Gunther staff fixed our Tiguan faster and, on the time, they say it would be. The staff is great too.
