When I recently took my VW Arteon to check what I thought was a computer system malfunction, it turned out to be a simple fix, but what was outstanding was the efficient guidance and excellent service by Lucas, who took care of everything, took the opportunity to execute a (pending) re-call and sent me on my way...very happy customer.
