Service department seemed honest about the condition of my vehicle. They didn’t try to sell me services that I didn’t need. However, my vehicle is under full warranty.

I went in for my 30k service and a recall. My rep Grody was nice and Vanessa at check out was super friendly. I believe everything was done correctly except my tires were not rotated. I was told I need 2 tires but declined to purchase new ones. So i guess the tech didn’t do the rotation. The tires with the better tread were not put on the front.

Great service at beginning with a greeter to tell me where to go. The lady at the check out counter was very friendly. It would have been nice if they offered a free wash of the car (outside).
